So, What Even Is RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)?
RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It was developed by Marisa Peer, one of the most celebrated therapists in the world and a bestselling author, who spent over 30 years working with elite athletes, executives, and everyday people to create a method that gets to the root of an issue, fast.
Rather than spending months or years in traditional talk therapy, RTT hypnotherapy is designed to create meaningful, lasting change, often in a single program. It combines principles from hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy into one powerful approach.

During a session, you are fully aware the entire time. You can open your eyes, move, speak, or stop at any moment. You are not under anyone's control, you are simply in a deeply relaxed, focused state, the kind your brain naturally drifts into every day (think of the daydream you had on the commute, or being so absorbed in a film you forgot where you were). All hypnosis is, fundamentally, is a guided version of that.

RTT is legit, it was created by Marisa Peer who has been named the UK's best therapist by Tatler magazine and has worked with Olympic athletes, royalty, and top business leaders. Her method is now taught globally, with thousands of trained RTT practitioners worldwide, all of whom have completed rigorous, accredited training through Marisa Peer's own programme. And that includes myself.
But beyond credentials, the proof really is in results. What Does a RTT hypnotherapy Program Actually Feel Like?

During one of the RTT sessions in the program you might feel:
Deeply calm and relaxed, like a really lovely, rested state
Heavy and sinking into the chair, or light and floaty. Both are completely normal
Warmth or a gentle tingling in the body
Time passing much quicker than expected (an hour can genuinely feel like 20 minutes)
A dreamy, drifting quality, thoughts floating by rather than racing
Some people stay in that floaty relaxed state throughout. Others find their conscious mind pops in and out, one moment deeply still, the next thinking "am I doing this right?" and then drifting back. Both are completely normal, and the work happens either way. There's genuinely no wrong way to do this. And as the certified RTT practitioner, I guide you throughout.
